This page does not establish a separate DPA. The basis for processing, retention periods and contractual obligations must be agreed before working with data that requires such terms.
An ordinary request
The context, questions and criteria pass through the API gateway to the service's computing infrastructure in Czechia. The API gateway does not store context text or questions from ordinary requests.
Technical records
The console stores account information, organization membership and technical usage records. Usage records include the request time, status, tokens and cost. Organization roles determine who can manage the workspace.
Shared requests
Context and questions are stored when you separately create a shared request. By default, access requires sign-in as an organization member. A public link is accessible to anyone who has it. The author or an administrator can delete the link.
Before a pilot using operational data
Agree on data categories, processing location, providers, retention, deletion, incident notifications and contract terms. Until then, use learning examples or de-identified scenarios. See the privacy page for the current status.
