Shvydko's operator
Shvydko is provided and maintained by Codebridge Technology, Inc. For questions about the service, terms of access or data processing, email business@codebridge.tech or use the contact page.
The console shows the current mode and whether top-ups are available. In preview, requests are free within the quota; in paid mode, usage is charged to the workspace balance.
What the service provides
Shvydko provides a console and API for evaluating context against your questions and criteria. An account gives access to a workspace, the Playground, API keys, team management and usage statistics. The service is in early access; the available model, mode and limits are shown in the console and API.
Payments and credit allocation
The recipient of Shvydko payments is Codebridge Technology, Inc. You purchase prepaid API credits for your workspace. Balances and top-ups are denominated in US dollars (USD). When top-ups are available, a workspace owner or administrator can make a one-time top-up of $5 to $1,000 through Stripe. Stripe displays the final amount and currency before confirmation. Stripe and/or your bank may apply currency conversion and related fees.
Credits are added after the server verifies payment. Returning from Stripe does not by itself confirm payment. Check the status under Billing; if you have been charged but the credits have not appeared, contact us and do not pay again. A receipt appears in the history when Stripe provides it. A one-time purchase does not enable a subscription or automatic top-ups.
Optional automatic top-ups
When the feature is available in paid mode, an owner or administrator separately agrees to a balance threshold, the amount of each top-up and a monthly USD limit, then saves a card through Stripe. This authorizes automatic payment for the agreed top-ups. The limit follows calendar months in UTC; pending payments also count toward it, and refunds do not restore the allowance. Disabling the feature stops new attempts; a payment already submitted to Stripe may still complete. An error, uncertain outcome or request for bank authentication pauses new automatic attempts. There are no automatic charges in free preview.
Promotional credits
A promotional code can add free API credits to a workspace. Codes have a redemption deadline and a usage limit; each workspace can redeem a code once. Promotional credits are accounted for separately, used before purchased credits and cannot be exchanged for cash. The unused-balance refund policy applies to purchased credits.
Pricing and balance usage
The published rate is 0.042 USD per million input tokens; output tokens are not charged. The current rate is shown on the pricing page and in the console. In paid mode, the maximum cost is reserved before a request. After a valid response, the actual input-token cost is charged, rounded up to the nearest microdollar per request, and the remaining reservation is released. An execution error does not create a charge. Details and examples are in the billing documentation.
Credits do not currently expire automatically. A paid request will not run if the available balance is insufficient. There is no recurring fee for the account itself; contact the team to settle any remaining balance when closing an account.
Refunds and payment errors
You can request a refund of unused purchased API credits, including when closing your account. We verify the refund amount against top-ups and the actual cost of requests already used. There is no automatic refund for credits already used; accounting errors and refunds required by applicable law are reviewed separately.
To request a refund of your unused balance, close your account or report a payment error, email business@codebridge.tech. Include your account email, workspace, payment date, amount and payment identifier from the history. Do not send your card number, CVC, password or API key. We review the request against top-up history and actual usage; submitting a request does not trigger an automatic refund.
An approved refund is processed through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the bank and payment provider. The refund appears in the history and reduces the credit balance; if those credits have already been used, the balance may become negative and paid requests may be unavailable until it is settled.
Your account and materials
Keep your password and API keys secure, and revoke keys you can no longer control. Submit only materials you are entitled to use and send for processing. Workspace owners and administrators manage team access. Before creating a public link, check that its contents may be shared with others. Additional rules are set out in the acceptable use policy.
Evaluation results
Model responses may contain errors. Before automating, test quality on your own examples and define rules for additional review. A published diagnostic sample does not guarantee results in another workflow.
Specific service requirements
Public early access does not establish an SLA, a guaranteed support response time or individual data-processing terms. If your organization needs such terms, agree on them with Codebridge Technology, Inc. before launching the relevant workflow, through the contact page.
