01Context. Criteria. Decision.
Shvydko Decision Engine combines shared context, explicit criteria and a defined response type. You describe the facts and available options. The API returns a choice, score or probability as JSON; your code determines the next action.
02Ukrainian is part of the work.
Customer inquiries, internal rules and workplace messages arrive in the languages people use. The interface and examples are available in Ukrainian and English. We assess quality separately for each language and task; one successful demonstration does not describe the whole model.
03Probability has consequences.
A decision threshold reflects the cost of errors. Automating routine routing and approving a consequential operation are different tasks. Your code must retain a path for uncertainty and human review.
04Evidence you can inspect.
We publish results alongside sample counts, calculation methods and the limits of our conclusions. We distinguish diagnostic evaluation from final confirmation. We measure speed and cost in the workflow that will actually run.
05Start with one useful step.
Start by classifying a request, checking a condition or evaluating a response. Keep human review, collect errors and refine the criteria. Once that step works on new data, connect the next one.
